1. Confirm production details: 1-3 working days.

Our ShampooC sales consultant would share the design information to the designer according to the customer's needs, and then the designer makes a design draft, sure our sales consultant would give the professional suggestions and designer would revised details according to the customer's requirements, and the next step is carried out after confirmation by both parties.

2. Label printing: 3-5 working days

After the design is confirmed, ShampooC purchasing officer will arrange purchasing. Generally, there is a large amount of inventory of packaging materials, which can save about 7-14 days package production time. If the inventory is insufficient, the warehouse will automatically have warning and notice the purchasing officer to prepare the inventory in advance. Therefore, it only takes 3-5 days to arrange the label printing.

3. Cosmetics processing and production time: 5-10 working days.

Generally, it takes 3-5 hours for cosmetic emulsification. After the emulsification is completed, it will stand for 3-7 days. After the engineers and QC pass the microbial test, the production workshop plan would arranges the filling and packaging of the material to become the finished product.

4. QC inspection: 1 working days

Our ShampooC QC also would check finished products before delivery. Unqualified finished products will not be shipped and released into the market.

In general factories, the production time of cosmetics takes 35-50 working days, but because we have super-large production equipment and production capacity of 72 tons per day, the entire production time is greatly shortened.
